The Doncaster & District Law Society is pleased to host a specialist training day on Mental Capacity Assessments, delivered by Altass Cheshire.
This session will be particularly valuable for:
• Probate practitioners
• LPA and Will practitioners
• Those dealing with mental capacity issues, Court of Protection (COP) and deputyship applications
Altass Cheshire provide comprehensive mental capacity assessments across a wide range of matters, including LPA capacity, COP3 assessments, brain injury and SEND cases. Their expertise offers a practical and contextual insight into how capacity is assessed in real-world legal scenarios.
💡 While especially relevant for private client and COP practitioners, this training will also be beneficial to all legal practitioners and students who wish to broaden their understanding of mental capacity and strengthen their contextual legal knowledge.
