is a membership community for freelance trainers, a one-stop shop for business growth. We attract trainers who are serious about growing their business with the support of like minded people who are usually experiencing the same challenges! Freelance training can be lonely. It needn't be!

Trainer Talk Locals are fun, friendly, collaborative and inspiring events which we run at various locations across the UK.

Our attendees love spending time with people who “get” what they do, the challenges, the excitement and the struggles. Being in a safe place to share ideas and help problem solve has been a big motivator to come again.

About Your Local Leader Pam Molyneux.

Hi, I am Pam Molyneux, and I am your Trainer Talk Local Leader for Manchester.

I am an independent HR Consultant, helping UK SMEs achieve people management success through contracts, BreatheHR Software & management development. I have spent 25 years in the arena of HR and people management, with 15 of those in the outsource arena so am well versed in making it work for business owners and management teams and individuals.

Since setting up my business in March 2021, I have seen the power of and benefitted greatly from networking and building relationships in communities with like-minded professionals. So, when I found Trainer Talk in November 2022, I knew this was going to be a great place to learn, grow and build my business. I felt it important to have a Trainer Talk local to me and so became a Leader in September 2023.

I love to blog; listening and appearing on podcasts; and get out in nature for a good walk.
