This module begins with teaching participants how to conduct Training Needs Analysis and generate training materials based on training gaps.
About this Event


This module aims to provide the essential and advanced skills for trainers. It begins with conducting Training Needs Analysis, to generating Course Objectives, up to Creating Assessments. The module will equip trainers with the knowledge on how to systematically address knowledge problems or training needs in the company.


Objectives

  • Align the course design to the results of a training needs analysis
  • Incorporate learning styles in the module design
  • Create the different materials used for training


VENUE

  • Mpower Training Center
  • 222 Vivaldi Residences, EDSA cor Aurora Blvd.., Cubao, Quezon City
  • Bring own laptop with MS Word and MS PowerPoint or similar

TIME

All schedules are set at 8AM-5PM. However, if the headcount is low, the training may be set at 9AM-4PM or 9AM-5PM. Your certificate, still, will indicate 8 hours.The start time and end time will be finalized three days before the class. Please look for an email from us or chat with us to confirm.
