Train of Terror returns for 2024
*PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING!!* AND THEN PLEASE READ IT AGAIN!! It is lengthy, but we are trying to avoid any misunderstandings.
Seat reservations are FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE. No advanced or online sales. We feel this keeps it fair for everyone. Yes, we are fully aware that the rest of planet earth offers advanced sales. At this point in time we are staying with our current system.
Sales for the 6pm train start at 5pm - Not Before!
Please do not stop before hand and ask staff to make an exception.
Last year they started lining up before 4:30. So plan accordingly.
If reservations for 6pm train sell out before 6, we will roll over to 7pm.
If 7pm sells out before 7, we will roll over to 8pm etc
And the cycle will repeat until all seats are gone. We only have a certain amount of reservations available each night. So, it is recommended that you please get in line early especially if you are coming from OUT OF TOWN.
Due to this system, last year reservations for all trains were gone between 8-8:30.
Again, please ARRIVE EARLY to get in line. Once reservations for all trains are gone, they are gone. PLEASE DO NOT crank at our staff if you don't get a reservation.
Reservations are color coded to each car. If you are with a group and want to all be on the same car, please let staff know BEFORE you request reservations.
Also, we do have a handicapped accessible car. If you need these accommodations, please let our staff know before you ask for reservations so we can get you on the correct car.
If you get reservations and your train isn't for a while, you are able to leave and return. We request you be back 15 minutes before your reservation time. Remember trains leave promptly on the hour. If you aren't back and the train has left the station there will be no refunds.
In past years, we have had riders causing problems while they wait for their train. If this is observed, the problem causers will be escorted off the grounds. No refunds will be given.
We also would like to remind everyone to dress for the weather. If temps drop, the ride can get pretty chilly after dark.
Reservations are $10 each regardless of age. We do not offer senior or child pricing for this event.
Also, at this time, we only accept CASH. We are not setup to accept plastic.
