Come test your physical and mental abilities while training like a hero! On May 11 from 9-12pm at McMurray Fields, we will do a community workout and learn more about health and safety, as we honor our heroes from police, fire, state & county patrol, veteran’s services, military, and many more. There will be obstacle courses for kids, food trucks, and an opportunity to meet your heroes – K9s, SWAT, and other specialty units! Everyone is welcome! Note: please arrive with proper fitness attire and footwear.
Optional Costs:
***Optional fees include a t-shirt and two workout passes at any Saint Paul Parks and Recreation fitness room.***
$10 if registered by April 18th
$20 if registered after April 19th
