Okaloosa Public Arts (OPA) presented the City of Crestview with a hand-painted heron as part of their Emerald Coast Heron Project.Sharon LaPine painted the “Train Conductor” heron, which will be displayed at Wilson Street Park in Crestview, located at 375 N Wilson St., across from the Brackin Building Okaloosa County offices.
