Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and sweet sweet swag!

This event is a fundraiser for Bigger Than the Trail: a volunteer-run charity whose mission is to enrich the lives of individuals struggling with mental health. They provide people in need with access to free counselling therapy.

This event will be sweaty, centering, and fun. Get ready for...

• A swag bag packed with stuff that you will actually want - including product from our presenting sponsor, lululemon Southcentre
• A run at North Glenmore park (ALL levels and abilities are welcome)
• A yoga class with a short guided medititation
• Guest speakers from the trail running community, talking about their experiences with running and mental health
• Food!
• Raffle prizes from some incredible races, businesses, and brands
• Photo wall so you can take some A+ selfies
