This retreat is a little different to our other breaks as we take the focus off of the wine side of the holiday and enjoy a weekend by the coast with lots of running, beautiful trails, Yoga and Pilates, and maybe a sea dip for those that fancy it. Of course, there will still be wine at dinner for those who want it!With structured runs every day led by qualified running coaches, daily yoga sessions, running workshops, lovely accommodation with a hot tub to enjoy in your downtime, and plenty of nutritious and delicious food, you will leave feeling renewed and refreshed.
