Our goal is to break down barriers of entry, create safe spaces for questions and learning, and a place to meet like minded adventurers!
As the snow melts off, and you're getting stir crazy about how to get into the mountains, we'll be chatting all things "first backpacking trip".

Bear awareness

... and there will be plenty of time for questions!
Also joining the conversation is Laura from YSP Adventures. Laura is LNT 101, Backcountry and Effective Communications certified. She'll be chatting all things "Leave No Trace", to ensure we're respecting the land we recreate on!

**Note - this event is designed for anyone who has not camped or backpacked before! If you have backpacked, we'll be talking about a lot of entry level topics.
