Join Elizabeth and Carole for Trail Yoga in Madras Park on Saturday, May 11, 10 -11:30 am. We’ll start out on mats, then begin our 1-mile walk (three laps around the park) with pauses for gentle yoga, nature observations, and moving meditation to birdsong. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring water and a snack. Mats provided or bring your own. Restrooms available. $20 (cash or check)
