Join us as we run The TriFecta (Warbler-Kains-Komoka) in the West End of London starting and ending at BackRoads Brews + Shoes...
The Route:
- We will take on Warbler Woods first with an out-n-back.
- After a short break we will run under both Commissioners Road and Oxford Street to enter Kains Woods at the Oxford Street bridge and travel all the way through Kains Woods.
- Upon exiting Kains Woods we will find our way to Oxford and take it to Komoka to finish off with a loop there.
- Finally we will return along Oxford to BackRoads for a Social.

Total distance will be around 24k if you wanted to do all three trails.

We will post a Google Maps tracking link of the lead group and another of the "party pace" group on the day of this event in case you wanted to join us later on the route...for those that just need a wee bit more sleep.
