Trail Techniques, presented by Nathan, is a fun 6-week program that teaches you how to run on dirt trails (April 10 - May 18). You'll learn how to navigate trails and challenging terrain, identify poison oak and wildlife, how to eat and drink on the trails, and more. This is a time-based program with all athletes starting and ending their runs at the same time, and the trails will always be marked so no one gets lost. You'll meet as a group on Thursdays at 6pm and Sundays at 7:30am. All workouts will be held in the Folsom and Auburn areas and range from 40-90 minutes long. You'll also receive a training plan for you to do workouts on your own.
