Have you been wanting to go trail riding, but you are just stuck in the arena, due to fear, lack of confidence, lack of knowledge… do you want to make that leap from the comfort of the arena to the exciting ever changing world of trail riding, but don’t want to do it alone? We are here for you! This workshop is perfect for introducing you and your horse to the world outside of the fenced in arena. We combine horsemanship lessons inside the arena that will set you up for success for going outside later in the afternoon. Each day we build upon the last and by the end of this workshop you will have stepped outside of the arena, and into the trails.
For this workshop please be comfortable at a walk and trot in the arena, able to effectively steer in all directions, and be able to stop.
Please be sure that if you are bringing your own horse to have a well fitted saddle, breast collar, and either a rear cinch or crupper/breeching setup. You will also want a rope halter with a 10-12ft lead attached.
If you are renting one of our horses all of the equipment will be assigned and provided.
Meals are not included and we encourage you to pack accordingly.

This price includes instruction, guide, and use of 1 stall for the workshop.
This workshop will be limited on spots to create a quality learning experience.
Pre sign up and secure your spot with a deposit of 1/2 down. Non refundable, however if a cancellation is required then it can be put towards another event within this season.
