Trail Ride Sunday November 24, 2024 at Barr Hammock Preserve (Equestrian) South Trailhead, riders up (in the saddle ready to go) at 10am. We will ride to the lake and back. We will ride for around 2 hours and meet back at the trail head for lunch around 12. Pack your lunch and bring a chair. You must bring a chair and water for the horses. There are no facilities!!! There is no water!!! This will be a slow ride. The parking lot is on the smaller side so be mindful when parking that we need to make room for others. The address is 300 SE 175th Ave, Micanopy, FL 32667. THERE ARE TWO TRAILHEADS! YOU MUST PUT THIS ADDRESS IN YOUR GPS OR YOU WILL END UP AT THE WRONG TRAILHEAD!!! USE THIS ADDRESS 300 SE 175th Ave, Micanopy, FL 32667Mary will be the lead on this ride.
We would like one or two volunteers to be lead for future rides. Please message me if interested. PLEASE!
At lunch we will discuss future rides. We need to set the locations for the next rides and trail leaders.
