Who said trail cleanups had to be boring? On Apr. 13 at 8am, we’ll meet up at the Elmwood Park Pavilion. Armed with trashbags and gloves, participants will have one hour to pick up as much garbage as possible from the surrounding area.
We’ll rendezvous at 9am for the prize ceremony. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
• Most trash collected
• Strangest item found
• Most golf balls collected
The Earth Day Trail Cleanup Challenge will happen on Sunday, April 13, at 8am. We’ll meet outside the pavilion in Elmwood Park. This is a totally free event, made to care for our favorite trail and celebrate Earth Day!
