Let’s get back to long runs. On this Sunday, we are running on Trail 5, Ridge Trail, and Trail 4 of Margalla Hills. This event will cover multiple trails in one go. The weather is going to be awesome. It’ll be cloudy and raining. Therefore, don’t miss the opportunity to run on the so beautiful trails in one go.Trail Run Details:

Meeting Time: 06:00 am at Trail 3 Parking, Islamabad, Pakistan.
Starting Time: 06:15 am
Level: Advanced and Difficult
Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours
Terrain: Trail
Distance: 20km
Ascent: 900 meters.
Shoes: Trail or Multi-terrain shoes
Hydration, and Food: Running vest or trail running 5 to 10-liter bag, water, and snacks (dates, chocolates, etc.)

Margalla Trail Runners (MTR) is a community-based trail running club in Islamabad and the first of its kind in Pakistan. MTR club run voluntarily by a few trail-running enthusiasts. MTR Club members regularly run on the trails of Margalla Hills, Islamabad, Galiyat mountains, and at different medium-altitude terrains of Pakistan mountains. MTR organizes weekly (every Sunday morning) long-distance trail running events on the different trails of Margalla Hills. And beginners-level trail run (on every Saturday).
