Discover the story behind the Chef’s journey to Kansas City and the importance of preserving culinary traditions. Guests will enjoy a tasting of three signature tacos, steak, al pastor, and nopales (vegetarian), paired with freshly made salsa verde, prepared live during the event. Each guest will also take home the salsa recipe to recreate the flavor in their own kitchen.

Refreshing strawberry lemonade and horchata will be served, with additional beverages available for purchase at Elixir, located just downstairs.
