TRADITIONAL YOGA CLASSES IN LISBONFeel welcome to join us for daily Traditional Yoga practices at Jardim do Torel, honouring the roots of this ancient tradition. Open to all levels, these sessions are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, find balance, and experience a sense of calm and community.
🧘 Weekly Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM — Traditional Vinyasa Yoga
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:30PM – 7:30 PM — Traditional Hatha Yoga
Saturday: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM — Traditional Vinyasa Yoga
Sunday: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM — Traditional Hatha Yoga
Each Vinyasa practice follows a traditional method, combining breath with movement to energise and restore both body and mind.
Our Hatha practice offers a slower, more meditative experience, beginning and ending with meditation and pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system. In between, we move through traditional Hatha Suryanamaskar and then hold postures with breath awareness, cultivating strength, stability, and mindfulness. Depending on the vibe, a gentle flow may be included.
✨ We meet outdoors at the beautiful Jardim do Torel, a clean and peaceful park with stunning views over Lisbon’s rooftops and the river, creating a natural and inspiring environment for practice.
🌿 Our small group sizes allow for more personalised, bespoke teaching, ensuring individual attention and support for every practitioner.
