This workshop is truly an art lovers dream, where the secrets of the old masters will be revealed in front of your eyes.Take a tour around the extensive art collections of Holkham Hall led by professional artist, Bryony Knight and Holkham’s archivist, Lucy Purvis. Gain inspiration and marvel at old masters work, before heading back to the fully equipped studio to create your own masterpiece.
Full painting tuition will be provided over two in depth days of oil painting inspired by the works of Claude Lorraine, Van Dyck and Rubens, to name a few. Recommended for individuals with painting experience.
Lunch and refreshments throughout the day will be provided. All materials included.
