Sunday September 29th - 12:30-5:00PM
Ceremony Fee: $95
Come and enjoy this authentic magical experience with the Sacred Medicine of Mayan Cacao Ceremony facilitated by Ceci, a trained Mexican Curandera (Healer). She will share with you the Cacao Ceremony as seen from the Mayan worldview, where we all will be aligned with the Mayan Calendar the Cholq'ij and the nahual that governs it, the El Ajaw who is the superior being, “the owner of everything” as well as our ancestors.
The Cacao Ceremony is not just the ingestion of the beverage but is surrounded in a multi-layered preparation process in accordance to the ancestor’s traditional teachings. Partake in the beautiful ceremonial invocation of the 4 directions and their elements according to the Mayan cosmovision, where you will find inner peace and internal happiness. Ceci will guide you through a meditation and a dance to give honour to the sacred medicine of cacao.
It is with beauty and love that Ceci shares this beloved ritual as a Curandero and a keeper of her people’s way. So come, open your mind and your spirit to this powerful healing experience of the sacred cacao in the way that the Mayans have used since ancient times. Embrace the energy as it stimulates the brain and releases the natural compound referred to as the ‘Love Molecule’ bringing you joy, pleasure and happiness.
