About this Event

In a world where social media seems to dominate and new platforms are emerging all the time, it can feel overwhelming when you have your own business.

We often focus on the things that are changing when so often it is those things that HAVEN'T changed that can be so important in marketing.

Do leaflets and posters still have a place in modern day marketing?

Is networking important in spreading my message?

Is texting still a thing?

Do people still look at websites?

The answer is yes! Depending on your business and your audience, the 'old school' tools can still play a huge part in raising awareness of your business.

In this workshop, we'll look at all the marketing methods that get overlooked in today's world of social media and AI, as well as dealing with the overwhelm that can face so many business owners when looking at their marketing.

To join this workshop you or your business needs to have a postcode within one of the ten GM authorities: Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Manchester, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford or Wigan.

You also need to be:

The owner of a business OR an aspiring entrepreneur with a business idea you want to develop.
