This is a free, one-hour Yoga class, appropriate for all levels, and an excellent way to greet your weekend!
Sourav Singh been practicing Yoga and meditation since childhood. He has taught Yoga in India and Japan; and his teachers were Himalayan Yoga and meditation saints.
Indian Traditional Generic Meditation Yoga is combination of breathing techniques and some of the easy stretches. This results-oriented meditation Yoga is easy and very effective in terms of losing weight, healing diseases, stress and anxiety naturally by performing Pranayama (breathing techniques).
