Join us every Tuesday at 915am for a rejuvenating yoga session. Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of Hatha Yoga, focusing on Pranayama (breath control), Jattis, Kriyas and Asanas (different physical practices) and relaxation. These traditional practices enhance our physical and mental well-being manifesting the best versions of ourselves.
Come along to discover practices that enable you to let go of negative tensions, laugh and enjoy the company of others!

Unfortunately classes are not free but there are a few options available.
Attending regularly creates good habits and self discipline. This is the best way to see the benefits too. Classes can be booked in blocks at a reduced rate:
- 10 sessions over 10 weeks for £75
- 5 sessions over 5 weekd for £40
- Drop in sessions are available for £10 for those unable to commit to a weekly practice.
You can mix up the classes within a block booking which is ideal for those that want to commit to a weekly or bi-weekly practice but can't guarantee attending the same session each week.
