This Traditional Hatha Yoga workshop by Bev is an unparalleled opportunity to learn classical hatha yoga in its full depth and vibrancy. Bev will start with a welcome ceremony, teas and discussions, followed by a 90-minute Traditional Hath aworkshop with an extra long relaxation practice where you will enjoy adjustments and essential oils.
The workshop is conducted by our amazing and much loved Bev through a holistic process of naturally achieving mastery over the body and mind, so as to come to a state of health, joy, and bliss.
