Traditional Cacao Ceremony and Sound Journey

You are invited to an evening of connection, intention, and heart centered presence.

We will begin with an authentic cacao ceremony led with reverence and respect for ancestral traditions. Ceremonial cacao will be prepared and served in handcrafted clay vessels, honoring the lineage of this sacred practice. As you drink, you will be gently guided to slow down, tune inward, and open your heart to what wants to be felt, released, or welcomed in.

For thousands of years, cacao has been honored by Indigenous cultures of Central and South America as a sacred plant ally. Often called the food of the gods, cacao is known for its heart opening qualities and natural compounds that support mood, circulation, and vitality. Many people experience warmth, clarity, emotional openness, and grounded energy.

After the cacao ceremony, Treya will guide a soothing sound journey with native flutes, singing bowls, and chimes. Sound vibrations help calm the nervous system and deepen relaxation, supporting integration of the cacao experience.

Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets will be provided. Come as you are, with an open heart and a simple intention.
