Traditional inter-island connectivity is seriously limited, and the steady flow of French day trippers that once brought life to our high street has all but dried up. Relationships with Brittany and our regional partners are frayed, and the effects are being felt across every industry from hospitality and retail to construction and agriculture. This is a critical moment to move beyond politics and ask the real question: can we still shape a sustainable, connected and affordable transport future for Jersey, or are we drifting into isolation and uncharted waters?
