Trade Connections: Women Leading and Building Canada's Future

Join us for an evening of networking and discovering the resources available to skilled trades apprentices and tradespeople! Meet organizations that support the trades, apprentices, journeypersons, NAIT instructors, and industry leaders.

This event breaks from our typical Trade Connections networking events to bring a resource fair to our community! We’re inviting a larger audience to connect, build networks, find mentors, and otherwise build community. With this resource fair, we are inviting folks to come together and find support, and we would love to see you there. There will be opportunities to check out organizations set up at tables and learn about the support they offer, as well as networking with attendees to build your community.

The Women Leading and Building Canada's Future initiative hosts a friendly and casual environment for women in various skilled trades to share experiences, connect, and expand networks. Note: the resource fair will have a mix of women-focused organizations and organizations that serve larger communities. Eligible apprentices and pre-apprentices can also learn more about the Women Leading and Building Canada's Future supports, in partnership with the Government of Canada's Canadian Apprenticeship Strategy.
