About this Event
Six local agencies are collaboratively implementing a single plan to manage the region’s groundwater supplies for the next 20 years. These agencies would like to invite you and other groundwater users to a free in-person public workshop regarding groundwater management in the Tracy Groundwater Subbasin. The workshop will be held on Thursday, October 17 from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm in Room 203 at Tracy City Hall (333 Civic Center Plz, Tracy, CA 95376).
The workshop will include a quick overview of legislation driving groundwater management decisions, the current state of your water supply, what is being done to achieve and maintain sustainable water resources in compliance with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act of 2014, and a Q&A period where staff will answer questions and respond to comments you have about these topics.
