TRACER HEIGHTS fuses rock, blues and bluegrass with psychedelic improvisational music.
The band is built around the talents of Ben Hoppes, who sings and plays an electric banjo with live electronics, creating very unique sound. You'll hear shades of Hendrix, BB King, Paul Gilbert, Trey Anastasio, and Bela Fleck, all coming from the banjo.
On drums and also vocals we have Joshua Pohl, who brings the heartbeat with many years of percussion experience and a stellar voice to the group.
Jeremy Clark plays bass guitar and vocals, leaning on influences from Duck Dunn, James Jamerson, Phil Lesh, and Mike Gordon. He can create a solid glue for the rest of the band to build on, while also always being ready to take charge and lead a jam to new heights.
On keys and vocals, Billy Lowenstein is trained in the arts of classical, roots, rock, ragtime, boogie-woogie, and everything improvisational in between.
We have toured our live show in Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

KIRKOS is an experimental groove trio that is charting a new course in the world of progressive music.
Defying the boundaries of conventional genres, the trio combines elements of jazz fusion, post rock, doom, prog, punk, jam, electronic, and industrial music to create a refreshingly unique sound that is all their own.
Based in St Louis, MO, Kirkos channels inspiration from their post industrial environment to conjure cinematic soundscapes with expansive terrains that reflect the decay of the modern age. Taking audiences from desolate valleys, through melancholic hills, to exhilarating climbs with triumphant peaks- each musical endeavor is an emotive journey that explores the furthest reaches of human consciousness.
