The session will be led by a local genealogist Paul Wilkins who started lecturing at Warwick University some years ago. He continues to teach all over the West Midlands and has recently been appointed genealogy tutor for the Warwickshire Adult Education Service. He is involved in many projects including partnerships with the National Trust and the National Memorial Arboretum and he is a feature writer for Who Do You Think You Are Magazine. In preparation for the workshop please bring writing materials and any information you have regarding your family history. The first part of the session will be formal input by the tutor, the second half you will have the opportunity to carry out online research with the guidance and support of the tutor.
