Don't worry if you're new to running, just coming back, or a seasoned marathoner. TRŪ welcomes all speeds & Coach Fitz tailors the workout to your ability. The warmup jog will begin at the parting garage in Downtown Winter Garden. Please arrive at 6:45 AM & begin hydrating & stretching to start the run at 7:00 after a group photo. The workout will run until about 8:15. Please bring a bottle of water/electrolytes to carry with you to our favorite starting point.
