The outreach and pre-bid meeting is for all construction industry-related firms (majority and minority) that have an interest in providing goods and/or services for this project.
PROJECT LOCATION: Liberty, North Carolina
ABOUT THE PROJECT:Toyota – TBMNC 604 Center of Excellence is a Single Story 45,260SF new construction on the Toyota Campus in Liberty NC. The exterior skin conditions are metal panels and storefront, with a membrane roof system. The interior has several various program spaces that will be utilized to train Toyota Employees on the skills needed to do the various jobs, the space will also include office suites, kitchen for catering along with an outdoor dining and plaza. The concrete, steel and sitework are not part of this project. These packages are already bought out by Toyota.
