TOWRADGI PARK BOWLS & RECREATION CLUBNOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
To be held –
Sunday 12th October 2025 Commencing at 9:30am
Nominations for office are now being accepted.
Nominations close Saturday 27th September at 5:00pm
The business to be transacted at the AGM shall be as follows –
1. To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.
2. To receive and consider the reports of the Board.
3. To receive and consider the Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Financial Performance and the report of the Auditor.
4. To declare the result of the election of the board for the ensuing year in accordance with the triannual rule and if necessary to elect further Directors.
5. To deal with any business of which due notice has been given.
