Towne Point Elementary School Beautification Service Project with Governor-Elect Meyer
Join us for an inspiring day of community service and pride as Governor-Elect Meyer teams up with the Towne Point Elementary School community to beautify our beloved school! This is a unique opportunity for students, families, staff, and supporters to work side-by-side with Governor-Elect Meyer and make a lasting impact on the spaces where our students learn and grow.

đź“… Date & Time: January 19, 2025, 9 AM- 2 PM
🎉 Volunteers Needed: 100 volunteer participants
🕰️ Shifts Available: 9 AM - 11:30 AM & 11:30 AM - 2 PM
What We’ll Be Working On:
Exterior Projects (Weather Permitting):
- Painting playground equipment
- Adding fresh mulch to landscaping areas
- Pressure washing exterior walls
Interior Projects:
- Painting student cubbies in classrooms
- Brightening up hallway walls
- Refinishing door frames
This is a wonderful opportunity for the Towne Point Elementary School family of all ages to come together, show school pride, and collaborate with Governor-Elect Meyer to create a brighter, more welcoming environment for our students and staff.
What to Know:
- All Ages Welcome: This is a family-friendly event! Parents or guardians are encouraged to accompany young children.
- Registration: Volunteers must register via Eventbrite. Space is limited to 50 participants, so sign up early!
- What to Wear: Comfortable, paint-friendly clothes are encouraged.
