We are excited to announce the Town of Elsmere's Fall Festival Event! This year the event will be held from 12pm to 5pm at Fairgrounds Park (at the corner of Filbert & Dover Ave). We will have a shuttle bus starting at Town Hall(11 Poplar Ave) and taking people to the event.
The Town will have a photo booth set up, pumpkin decorating, and sand art for the kids. Be on the look out for what vendors will be joining us for this event!
