CLARINET FUSION is back for another season. The Bay Area’s premiere Clarinet Choir, and a recipient of the Contra Costa County Arts Recognition Award, brings their resonating sound to an upcoming Halloween-themed concert titled ‘Spooktacular Sounds.’ On Sunday, October 12 Clarinet Fusion will be at Town Hall Theatre, 3535 School St., Lafayette with a performance beginning at 4PM. Join us for an eclectic mix of eerie music to include: classical, Broadway, rock, film, and more!Clarinet Fusion, based in Pleasant Hill, is in its 17th year entertaining audiences around the Bay Area and beyond. With its wonderful blend of 9 musicians playing 5 different kinds of clarinets – from the smallest high-pitched Eb clarinet at 19 inches to the largest Contrabass clarinet at 9 feet, Fusion brings its varied musical programing for the enjoyment of all. Come learn about clarinets, hear some great music and the emcee will share some fun facts about the songs along the way. The musicians will be available to talk with you and answer questions after the concert.
