Welcome to TOWER OF SONG, the songwriters’ night with a different monthly theme and musical style or other challenge to get your creative juices flowing. You don't have to stick to the theme, but please note our NO COVERS policy...all a cunning plan to encourage your songwriting!This month, we invite you to perform a song you've written on the theme of BIRDS in the style of a POWER BALLAD, which also features HARMONIES FOR THE AUDIENCE TO SING.
You can take inspiration from both or neither of the above -
off-theme original songs are also welcome, as are non-performing audience members who just want to watch.
Doors are at 8.00pm and you can sign up for a slot until performances start at 8.30pm.
Entry is free and PA and sound engineer are provided, so just bring your own instruments and amplification (and microphone if you'd prefer to use your own) if required.
We want to keep the space as safe as possible, so please avoid attending if you have (or suspect you might have) COVID-19 or anything else of a nasty and contagious nature.
