There is nothing like a good brisk walk in the countryside to start your day right. 3.2 miles with the fabulous sunrise at Watermeadows.� ABOUT THE WALK �
This is such a pretty walk, especially when we have a great sunrise and there is perhaps a bit of frost on the ground.

Please arrive by 6.15 am we will set off at 6.30 am sharp. If this is your first AG walk, then please arrive nice and early and seek out the walk leader who will be wearing a red "walk leader" pin badge.

� BREAKFAST? We often stop for breakfast after a morning miracle walk. The menu will be sent to you via email on the Wednesday before the event for pre-orders.
� WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
-Good trainers or walking shoes (and other clothes of course!).
-Please bring a torch (no head torches please as they blind people), and bright clothing )for safety on the roads in the dark mornings)
-Bring rain gear if the weather is looking wet!
-A drink.
� RULES TO KEEP YOU SAFE :
-We walk in all weathers, however, if we have a weather warning then the event may be cancelled. Keep an eye on your emails and the Facebook event page for notifications of any cancellations.
-We will only ever walk in groups of 15 or less. If we have more than 15, we will usually have two walk leaders and walk in opposite directions.
