Two Residential Garden ToursSponsored by The Gardeners Club of Green Bay
Our June 26 meeting features a sneak peek at two of the six gardens on our 2nd Annual Garden Walk on July 20. Come to Jason Switalski’s garden on June 26 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at 1369 Cherry Street, Green Bay, WI 54301. Rescued cast-off plants from yard waste sites make up 80 percent of this garden (see photo).
Visit the second garden at the home of Lauretta and Steven Lambert, 1147 Porlier Street, Green Bay, WI 54301. This urban landscaped garden lies in the oldest city neighborhood under the canopy of mature trees and one of the largest silver maples. Refreshments and business meeting will follow the tour of the Lambert garden. Please bring a lawn chair if you plan to stay for the meeting.
Guests are welcome—free event sponsored by The Gardeners Club of Green Bay. You are welcome to come to three meetings to check us out! Want to learn more about gardening?
