Since founding Advantes Group in 2009, Brian has led our company’s real estate portfolio growth and expansion through strategic redevelopment and community engagement. What started as flipping houses quickly moved into larger projects renovating old schools into apartment developments before setting sights on Laclede’s Landing and purchasing six buildings within the neighborhood's nine blocks. Brian prides himself on being involved in all aspects of the project life cycle with the various company divisions and employees to ensure viability and success for every project from the banker to the laborer and existing neighborhood stakeholders Brian works diligently to ensure everyone involved is moving forward in the same direction.
