About this Event
As we prepare for the opening of the Gordie Howe International Bridge, Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island and the Detroit Greenways Coalition are reaching across borders and giving Southwest Detroit Business Association members the opportunity to take part in this FREE training session to prepare for new visitors by foot, by bike and by car!
Funded by the Gordie Howe International Bridge Community Benefits Plan and operated by the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation, this training will provide businesses with the tools to deliver outstanding guest and customer experiences.
Key learning outcomes include:
• Compare diverse views of customer service
• Recognize moments of truth and identify first impressions
• Describe service excellence behaviour guidelines
• Understand the communication process and demonstrate the service process
• Demonstrate the service recovery process
• Set an action plan for future customer interaction
