2. DO AN ONTARIO HONEY TASTING OF 3 DIFFERENT HONEYS.
3. A TOUR OF THE ROOFTOP APIARY (BEEHIVES) WHERE FOR THE WINTER PARTICIPANTS CAN LISTEN, WITH AN AMPLIFIED STETHOSCOPE, TO THE HIVES WRAPPED IN BEE COZIES AND "SEE" THE HEAT PATTERN OF THE BEES WITH A THERMAL IMAGING GUN. (BELOW 10 CELSIUS WE DO NOT OPEN THE HIVES AS IT IS TOO COLD FOR THE BEES)
4. A WINTER HONEY BEVERAGE OF COCOA HONEY AND WARM MILK WILL BE SERVED SO AS TO HAVE A COCA HONEY HOT CHOCOLATE AND TO BE IN THE LAND OF MILK AND HONEY. FOR THOSE LACTOSE INTOLERANT A HONEY LEMONADE BEVERAGE CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE.
5. GENERAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HONEYBEES AND HOW THEY HELP TO ENSURE OUR NATION'S FOOD SUPPLY WILL BE PRESENTED.
6. AT THE END OF THE TOUR EACH PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE A STICK OF HONEY WHICH REPRESENTS AS MUCH HONEY AS ONE HONEYBEE MAKES IN HER LIFETIME.
