Tour One Small Step With Our Executive Director
Come join us for an exclusive in-person tour led by our very own Executive Director! Get a unique behind-the-scenes look at our organization and learn more about our mission and impact firsthand. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and connect with our leadership. This is a great opportunity to find out more about volunteering and/or joining our board.
At One Small Step we help children, families, and individuals in need to attain a more productive life by providing high quality clothes, shoes, and other services.
To meet the needs of the community we offer four main programs.
Our Clothes Cabin, clothing bank is open to anyone in need and offers mobile outreach into communities where transportation is a barrier to receiving help.
Our Back to Work program provides expensive uniform items to individuals who have obtained a job and need them to begin work.
Our Homeless Assistance program offers lockers, mailboxes, laundry and showers.
Our Community Classroom provides a variety of classes, training, and groups that are focused on support services, parenting, job training, and life skills.
All of the programs at One Small Step are free to the community.
In a typical year we serve 12K visits at our location in Gilbert and serve another 3K individuals with our mobile outreach events giving away a total of over 100K articles of assistance and services a year.
