The night will feature trivia hosted by Glenn 'Minty' Mintern, mystery auctions and prizes to be raffled off.

1. La Vuelta- Spanish tapas, chorizo & mozzarella arancini, black garlic aioli
2. Giro d'Italia- Italian pasta rabbit ragyu gnocchi, pecorino
3. Tour Down Under- Spiced fetta chicken roulade, smoked pumpkin, bbq corn, heirloom tomato, parmesan crisp
4. Tour of the North -NQ rainforest campfire sorbet, Australian tablelands influenced
5. Le Tour de France- Mon Pere cheese plate, fig chutney, muscatels, lavosh, champagne saffron pears
