Tour of the Historic Green-Wood Cemetery
Come join us for a fascinating in person event at The Green-Wood Cemetery on Sunday, June 23rd at 3:30pm. In an air-conditioned trolley, a docent will narrate the role these 478 spectacular acres played in American history and continue to play in the lives of New Yorkers. Founded in 1838, its beautifully designed hills, valleys, ponds and paths are final resting places to famous Americans including Leonard Bernstein and Jean-Michel Basquiat. The trolley will stop throughout the tour for short walking excursions and refreshments will be served throughout the tour. Reserve your spot with a $10 minimum donation to CLI. Seats are limited!
