Tour of Piedmont Wine Dinner
Join us for an unforgettable Italian wine dinner hosted by Brittney Hirrschoff of Winebow—a six-course journey through Piedmont where each dish is crafted to sing with its perfect pour. Each course is designed to highlight the character and balance of these iconic Italian wines.
We’ll open bright and aromatic with Roero Arneis alongside a lush, herb-forward butter board, then move into Barbera d’Asti paired with a delicate beef carpaccio. Rich, comforting flavors follow: Dolcetto d’Alba with house-made beef ravioli (or classic plin), and Langhe Nebbiolo “Perbacco” poured with a truffle-drizzled mushroom risotto. The night winds down with a Barolo Castiglione and fall-apart short ribs in mushroom demi glace, before ending on a light, dreamy note—Moscato d’Asti with panna cotta, almond biscotti, and orange zest.
