About this Event
Take a tour across Europe without leaving Manhattan. In this class, a Murray’s expert will guide you through a tasting of some of the continent's most iconic cheeses, each paired with a complementary wine. We’ll dive deep into the background and flavor of each cheese as you slice and sip your way to a better understanding of pairing principles. You’ll leave with newfound knowledge of different cheesemaking regions (and a list of wine and cheese to serve at your next party).

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
