Visiting tour groups must always remain with their tour guide(s).

• Please keep the risk of exposure to milk and peanut allergens in mind (we do produce products that include peanuts)
• Entrance into areas requiring transit through hygiene junctions is strictly prohibited
• To insure continuous protection of our product, all tours will be conducted under our Good Manufacturing Practices and safety policies -these will be reviewed prior to touring
• Everyone entering the plant will be provided safety footwear and must wear socks. Please be wearing socks, or bring a pair to change into.
• Shorts, skirts, skorts, capri pants and dresses prohibited. Ankles must be covered.
• ALL JEWELRY will need to be removed prior to entering the plant (this includes wedding rings, watches, earrings, necklaces, any facial or visible piercings,etc) – it is suggested to not wear any jewelry if you are concerned about removing it.
• Proper PPE including hairnet, lab coat, bump cap, ear plugs, and safety glasses will be provided and must be worn at all times – please consider a hair tie if necessary to better maintain hair within the hairnet
• NO medications – including aspirin, coughd drops, or other can be on your person
• Cameras and cell phones are absolutely NOT permitted in the production plant
• No gum or mints are allowed
• We are a tobacco free facility – no tobacco of any kind including vape products are allowed on Mars property
• Guns and or any weapons are strictly prohibited

If you do choose to bring a cell phone or jewelry into the facility it must be left in the meeting room which will be locked upon heading out for the tour. Please note that Mars is not responsible for any items brought into the facility.

Additionally, for your safety and the safety of others:

• Keep away from moving machinery
• Walk carefully on all floors
• Be alert for moving forklifts
• Do not touch any equipment, machinery, controls or product
• Stay with and follow your tour guides instructions at all times
