Tour de Waltham Forest is back!
Tour de Waltham Forest is a great family day out for those who are new to travelling by pedal power and those more experienced riders who want to get to know the borough better.
When?
Sunday 11 June (9am-5pm)
Where?
Starting from Leyton Jubilee Park, participants can choose from one of four routes:
• The Hackney Hop - a leisurely 7km route on segregated cycle tracks, canal tow paths of the River Lea navigation and Hackney Marshes.
• The Coppermill Circle - a 14km tour on segregated cycle tracks, canal tow paths of the River Lea navigation, and the quiet residential streets of the Coppermill Lane area.
• The Walthamstow Wheel - a 18km tour on segregated cycle tracks, canal tow paths of the River Lea navigation, and the quiet residential streets of Walthamstow Village.
• The Leytonstone Loop - an adventurous 25km ride that features our favourite spots around Walthamstow, Highams Park and Leytonstone.

What else will be happening?
As well as exploring the borough, participants can take part in other cycling activities in Leyton Jubilee Park prior to your ride, and once you have finished the ride you’ll be able to grab a bite to eat and relax in the park.
Cycle Confident's Dr Bike team will also be on hand to check over brakes, tyres and wheels ahead of the event for free. If your cycle requires a check over before the ride, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked start time.
How do I sign up?
Please select a date and time to take part in the ride of your choice on the registration page. You will be able to book places for up to 10 people in your group - please book a place for all children within your group even if they will be riding in a cargo bike, trailer or child seat.
