The routes from Buffalo on Lake Erie to Fort Niagara on Lake Ontario are about 83% bikeways, bike trails, bike lanes, and long stretches of the repurposed Niagara Scenic Parkway (segments closed to motor vehicle traffic) for both the short and long distance tours. The distances of the tours vary between 65 and 111 miles depending on the number of days and the mode of lodging - camping or hotel stays. These two modes can easily be mingled, as well.
